Bobby Gene Loveless, 74 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found walking around Old Rockmart Road drunk and placing himself in danger of being hit by a car.
He was taken into custody just before midnight on Tuesday.
Loveless is charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
