Brittany Nicol Helm, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked a 32 year-old man and his dog.
Reports said that Helm punched the victim, whom she has lived with for the past month, in the face. She then proceeded to throw numerous items at him, causing nearly $500 in damages.
Helm then punched the victim’s dog in the face before throwing it as well.
Helm is charged with battery, criminal trespass and cruelty to animals.
