Amy Christina Hendrix, 40 of Rome, was arrested near Ollie’s Bargain Outlet after being found with methamphetamine and marijuana.
Police added that she was also found with a used glass smoking device.
She was taken into custody just before midnight Friday.
Hendrix is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of dangerous drugs.
