Jadakiss Jailek Waddell, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to sell fentanyl to another on Maple Avenue.
Reports said that Waddell arranged the drug deal and then was found with the drug at the arranged location where the sell was to occur.
Waddell is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and use of a communication device to violate controlled substance act.
