Francisco Abraham, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to stranger a woman to death before using his hands to make “unwanted contact”.
Reports added that Abraham used his hands to strangle the victim at his home on Oakland Avenue.
Abraham is also accused of taking the victim’s iPhone 13 Pro Max and throwing it against the wall.
The victim’s child witnessed the attack.
Abraham Is charged with aggravated assault, simple battery, 3rd degree cruelty to children and criminal damage to property.
