Joseph Brandon Jones, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said they found him in possession of methamphetamine.
Reports added that the drugs were found in Jones possession while he was trespassing at a home on Westmore Road.
Jones is charged with possession of methamphetamine, criminal trespass and probation violation.
