Joshua Ryan Huston, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him stumbling around the Sonic and Ollie’s Parking lot while drunk.
Reports said that he was taken into custody just before 3 am on Wednesday.
Huston is charged with city drunkenness.
