Nicholas Phillip Leonard, 26 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said they conducted a traffic stop while he was riding a bicycle on South 1st Street.
Police said that after pulling Leonard over for riding without reflectors, they observed him trying to discard marijuana on the ground.
A search of Leonard then led officers to find a THC vape pen, liquid methadone, and suspected methamphetamine. A glass smoking device containing marijuana was also located.
Leonard is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I and II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, possession of drug related objects and improper bicycle equipment.
