Jason Matthew McGuire, 46 of Cartersville, a sex offender, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to notify the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office of a move.
Reports said that McGuire moved from his home at the Economy Inn on June 19th and left no forwarding address or told the FCSCO.
McGuire is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
