Lakisha Montera Watkins, 42, and Lula Ann Whittenberry, 60, both of Rome, were arrested this week after they were found with a stolen 2015 Toyota Carolla.
Officers found the two in the car at a location on Ga 1 near Old School Road.
Both are charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
Whittenberry is additionally charged with probation violation.
