Sherry Renee Seymour, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found walking in public drinking beer out of a Wendy’s cup.
Police added that Seymour was taken into custody while walking on 3rd Avenue at Tribune Street.
Seymour is charged with city drunkenness.
