Ja’Niyia Myesha Nichole Dennis, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attempted to incite a brawl on Kingston Avenue.
Reports said that Dennis was found being loud and boisterous to the point she was causing a public disturbance while trying to incite a fight.
Officers added that Dennis then failed to obey lawful commands when she took off running from law enforcement.
Dennis is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of sidewalks.
