A 39 year-old homeless Rome man, Jonathan Lovell Brown, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of drugs while stalking a woman at a home on Porter Street.
Reports said that Brown had been previously ordered to stay away from the victim before going to her home.
Officers added that when they arrived on scene, Brown refused to comply with commands. He was also allegedly found with marijuana
Brown is charged with possession of marijuana, obstruction and aggravated stalking.
