A former Chattooga County Deputy and investigator for the Trion Police Department was arrested on Friday afternoon and charged with aggravated stalking under the Family Violence Act.
Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader told WZQZ News that the charges were in relation to a domestic situation.
Dexter Blackmon had served as the Trion Police Department Investigator and had come back to work at the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, but had resigned from the sheriff’s office the first of May of this year.
