Paul Bryan Lollar, 47 of Centre, was arrested in Rome after he was found in possession of drugs while shoplifting at Dunham’s Sporting Goods at Mount Berry Mall.
Authorities said that Lollar placed numerous items inside a plastic tote before walking out without paying for them. While being arrested, officers stated that they found him with methamphetamine.
Lollar is charged with possession of methamphetamine and felony theft by shoplifting.
