Maria Rosa Pimental, 24 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome after police said that they found her in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine that she intended to sell.
Officers added that she was after arriving at the jail she was found with additional marijuana.
Pimentel is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, crossing the guard line with drugs, possession of marijuana and two counts obstruction.
