Nakyuas Cortez Waddell, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked in a door to his child’s mothers home.
Reports added that the door frame was damaged in the action.
The incident occurred at a home on Brookstone Drive.
Waddell is charged with criminal trespass.
