Rome Man Jailed for Cutting Converible Top, Theft

Jesse Michael Cushing Jr, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he cut the convertible top of a car to gain entry and steal items.

Reports said that the theft occurred at Binkley’s Storage Lot back on May 8^th.

Cushing is charged with entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime, criminal trespass and probation violation.
