Christopher Daniel Santiago, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports ahe he carved the word “bit**” onto the front door of an apartment on Michael Taylor Court.
Reports added that Santiago attempted to flee on foot from police and was found with suspected methamphetamine once at the jail.
He is charged with interference with government property, obstruction of officers, possession of meth, and possession of drugs past the guard line at the jail.
