Rolando Cruz-Duque Jr, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly struck his younger brother in a face while the two were riding in a car.
Reports added that when the vehicle stopped, Cruz-Duque tackled the victim to the ground and continued to beat him.
Duque is charged with simple battery.
