Justin Treyll Silmon, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he discharged a gun near the Saga Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Silmon was within 200 feet of numerous businesses when he fired the gun.
Silmon is charged with reckless conduct and probation violation.
