Timothy John Parks, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he forced his way into a home on Blarney Way in Kingston.
Reports said that Parks intended to burglarize the home once inside.
The incident occurred back on April 2nd of this year.
Parks is charged with first degree burglary.
