Jordan Shane Franks, 24 of Lindale, was arrested this week following a high-speed chase that resulted in another being seriously injured.
Reports said that the chase, which occurred on November 11, 2022 resulted in a a teen suffering serious injuries.
Police stated that at one point in the chase, Franks was driving at speeds of over 110 mph while not stopping for stop signs or red lights.
The victim of the crash was listed as an 18 year-old male. Reports did not say if the victim was inside Franks’s car or was in another.
Franks is charged with possession of methamphetamine, serious injury by vehicle attempting to elude police, driving on a suspended license, speeding, reckless driving, not tag light, failure to obey traffic lights and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
