Ronnie Troy Wilkerson, 49 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he was found drunk and naked in his neighbor’s yard.
The resident told police that Wilkerson refused to leave the property despite numerous attempts to get him to do so.
Officers said that when they arrived on scene Wilkerson refused to comply with commands.
He is also accused of jabbing his finger into the victim’s chest.
Wilkerson is charged with public drunk, obstruction and criminal trespass.
