Douglas Fredrick Bray, 42 of Cedartown, was arrested in Lindale after police said he was found with drugs hidden under his genitals following a chase in a stolen car.

Police said that Bray was originally taken into custody on Avenue E following a traffic stop for driving without a tag. Police said that when Bray pulled over they discovered that the car had been reported stolen. While taking him into custody they found him in possession of a bag of suspected methamphetamine.  He was also found to be in possession of suspected Escitalopram in a plastic baggie.

After arriving at the jail, officers stated that they found Dextroamphetamine hidden under his genitals.

Bray is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, 29 counts possession of drugs not in its original container, crossing the guard line with drugs, possession or sale of dangerous drugs, felony theft by receiving stolen property, fleeing from police, removal of a vehicle’s identification mark, concealing identity of vehicle, failure to display a license plate, and operation of a vehicle on approach of an emergency vehicle.
