Keosha Janee Trotter, 26 of Dalton, was arrested this week in Rome after reports said she was signed a traffic citation with someone else’s name.
Police added that it was later discovered that she had been driving on a suspended license and without insurance.
Trotter is charged with first degree forgery, false statements and writings, driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
