Chris Daniel Davenport, 40 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he beat another in the head during an altercation on Berkshire Drive.
Reports said that the victim was left with a concussion, bruising, and scratches from the attack.
He is also accused of damaging an exterior garage by busting out the windows and door at a home on Berkshire Drive.
The victim was listed as a 40 year-old woman.
Davenport is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
