Sabastian Chadwick Smith, 21 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he assisted another person in a shooting.
Reports said Smith drove another person away from the scene of the shooting. He also gave the person the gun that was discharged toward a 22 year-old woman.
The shooting occurred on Kings Court.
Smith is charged with aggravated assault.
