Rodney Lee Powell, 52 of Silver Creek, was arrested in Polk County this week after he allegedly shot another man during an argument.
Police said that the victim, a 21 year-old male, was a roommate of Powell’s
Police said that the victim had to be air flighted to a regional hospital because of the severity of injuries to his arm.
The incident occurred at a home on Collard Valley Road.
Powell is charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault, reckless conduct and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
