Terryrether Ann LaCola Zachery, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found intoxicated and yelling in a loud and boisterous manner at a public place on Dodd Blvd.
Officers added that Zachery then refused to follow commands by continuing to walk when ordered to stop. She is also accused of later refusing to place her hands behind her back while being arrested.
Zachery is charged with public drunk and obstruction of law enforcement.
