Jennifer Michelle Smith, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a storage unit that she didn’t pay rent for.
Reports said that Smith used a storage unit that did not belong to her to store her belongings without permission.
Smith is charged with felony theft of services and criminal trespass.
