Jesus Rubalcaba Villalobos, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports he allegedly hit a man in the head during an altercation on Old Summerville Road.
Authorities went on to say that the victim suffered visible injuries and swelling from the attack.
Villalobos is charged with battery.
