A 35 year-old homeless Cedartown man, Tommy Allen Jackson, was arrested this week after he allegedly molested and raped a child family member.
Authorities added that Jackson was found with a weapon once booked inside the jail.
Jackson is charged with rape, child molestation, incest, sexual battery of a child, crossing the guard line with weapons, and unauthorized possession of a weapon by an inmate.
