Braxton Alexander Ramos-Hernandez, 20 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he picked up a student from Armuchee High School and then fled authorities when they attempted to stop him.
The school’s resource officer said that Ramos-Hernandez was in the parking lot of the school when he observed a student get into his vehicle. The RO attempted to investigate when the suspect fled the scene at a high rate of speed, ran a stop sign and then ran from police.
Ramos-Hernandez is charged with loitering on a school premises, reckless driving, passing in a no pass zone and attempting to elude police.
