Cory Dewayne Patterson, 44 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after being found with drugs while speeding and driving intoxicated through a construction zone.
Reports said that Patterson was found with marijuana after being stopped near the intersection of Rush Chapel Road on GA 140.
Patterson is charged with DUI, two counts possession, manufacture or distribution of marijuana, driving without license in possession and speeding in a construction zone.
