James Kenneth Owens Jr, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he posted a nude photograph to his Snapchat that was viewable to all his friends without their consent.
Owens is charged with harassing communications and felony prohibition on nude or sexual explicit electronic transmission.
