Alex Harrison Clement, 45 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 14 year-old male at his home on Donahoo Road.
Reports said that Clement forcibly tossed the victim to the ground and then used his fist to beat him in the back and chest area.
The victim suffered visible injuries from the incident.
Clement is charged with battery and 1st degree cruelty to children.
