Beverly Ann Wheeler, 47 of Rome, was jailed this week and later found in possession of methamphetamine after crossing the guard line.
Reports said that Wheeler was initially taken into custody at a location on Kraftsman Road for meth possession when she was found with the drug and a glass smoking device.
After arriving at the jail, officers said that they found her in possession of additional meth, this time in a plastic baggie.
Wheeler is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and crossing the guard line with drugs.
