Amanda Michelle Rudeseal, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole jewelry from another person and then proceeded to pawn it at Easy Money Pawn.
Reports said that Rudeseal pawned the ring, which is valued at $7,826 for $125.
The incident occurred last August.
Rudeseal is charged with felony theft by taking.
