Johan Segura Caldera, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on his roommate and threatened his life.
Reports said that after pulling the gun on the victim, he pointed it at his face and told him “if you value your live, you should leave”.
The incident occurred on Grasul Avenue on March 25th.
He was located and taken into custody during a traffic stop near the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Riverside Parkway.
Caldera is charged with aggravated assault, driving without license and following too closely.
