Reuvon Brandon Taylor, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Maple Avenue.
Reports said that a stove was stolen from the victim’s kitchen during the burglary.
Authorities went on to say that Taylor violated a court order in the process that stated he had to stay away from the home.
Officers added that Taylor also tried calling the victim while they were on the scene.
Taylor is charged with first degree burglary and aggravated stalking .
