Bryan Oneal Chastain, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly beat his girlfriend in the face with his fist during an incident at a home on Alabama Highway.
Reports said that the victim was left with a black eye, bloody nose and a busted lip.
Chastain is charged with battery and probation violation.
