Lloyd Everett Towe, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week for trafficking methamphetamine at a home on East 20th Street.
Reports said that Towe was found in possession of over 28 grams of meth, scales and a glass smoking device.
Towe is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
