Manuel Reyes Reyes, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he lied about his identity in order to cash a check at Regions Bank on Turner McCall Blvd
Reports said that he attempted to pass a fake ID and Social Security card to the bank in order to get a check passed.
Reyes is charged with first degree forgery and identity fraud.
