Daniel Normand Labonte, 57 of Rome, and Chasity Dawn Fowler, 46 of Rome, were arrested at their home on Dublin Circle after they threatened to shoot another person who came on their property.
Fowler told the victim, “if you come back on my property I’ll shoot you.”
Labonte is caused of using a truck to prevent the victim to leave the property and then told them he was going to get a gun that he would use to shoot them.
Both are charged with terroristic threats and acts.
Labonte is additionally charged with false imprisonment.
