Walter Jefferson Simpson Jr, 41 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after he was accused of stealing a 2019 Coolster 4wheeler and a Dynacraft bicycle from a home on Wax Road.
Reports added that the items were taken from an outbuilding back on July 21st of last year.
Simpson is charged with second degree burglary and two counts theft by taking.
