Amanda Dawn Fricks, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she cashed in lottery tickets that had been reported stolen.
Reports said that the Fricks attempted to cash in the tickets this week after they were stolen on January 3 at a store on New Calhoun Highway.
Reports said that when confronted by officers, Fricks fled the scene on foot and then resisted officers who were trying to pat her down.
Fricks is charges with two counts unlawful influence on prizes/tampering with equipment, obstruction and pedestrian walking on roadway.
