Candice Michelle Dill, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she acted in a disorderly manner before shoving a 32 year-old woman at a home on Rising Fawn Trail.
Reports said that Dill was using vulgar language while in the presence of children.
Dill is charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
