Justice Dubois Fleming, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he lied to police about his identity.
Reports said that Fleming attempted to hide his identity in order to avoid arrest due to him having an active warrant.
He was taken into custody at the Redmond Place Shopping Center.
Fleming is charged with giving false information to police.
