Zachery Seth Parker, 31 of Cave Spring, is facing felony charges after reports said he was found with drugs inside the Floyd County Jail after being arrested on traffic violations.
Police said that Parker was taken into custody for DUI and driving without insurance.
After arriving at the jail, Parker allegedly was found with 4 Xanax pills in a ziplock bag that was hidden in his undergarment.
Parker is charged with DUI, driving without insurance, four counts possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, drugs not in original container, crossing the guard lien with drugs.
